This recipe is pretty much measure to taste. This is basically how I do it.

Ingredients
Scale
About 1 1/2 – 2 cups of steamed flowers (from fresh or frozen)
1 8oz package of softened cream cheese
1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 chopped green onions
2 – 3 slices of crisp cooked bacon chopped
salt and pepper to taste
granulated garlic to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Break the cauliflower into bite sized florets and steam until fork tender (about 3 minutes in the microwave with a little water or 5 minutes in a steamer on the stove top.
Mix the cauliflower with the other ingredients in a bowl and then put in a baking dish.
Bake for around 20 minutes until bubbly and the cheese is melty.
Notes
Loaded cauliflower is a handy side dish to make in a hurry.
