Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Heinz no sugar added ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons golden monkfruit or other brown sugar substitute
  • 3 tablespoons granulated monkfruit or Swerve granulated sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper (less if you want less kick)
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a stewer pot and mix well. Bring to a boil and then lower to a simmer.
  2. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Notes

Pour this into a jar and use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
