  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons King Arthur Keto Wheat Flour Blend
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 chicken bullion cube
  • salt and pepper to taste (not much salt is needed with the bullion cube)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • chopped up cooked chickn pieces (optional)

Instructions

  1. Over medium heat whisk the keto flour into the melted butter until thick – don’t allow the mixture to brown.
  2. Add chopped up cooked chicken if using
  3. Add cream, chicken broth, bullion and spices and continue stiring until thickened.

Use in any recipe that calls for condensed cream of chicken soup or add more cream or water to have creamy cream of chicken soup.
