Everyone who eats low carb/keto has to have a good deviled egg recipe. I almost always keep these on hand. On a busy wiork day, it is a good go to for a quick lunch on eating days. It’s also ridiculously easy to make. I buy the bags of already boiled eggs at the grocery to make it really fast and easy.

You can make these pretty by putting the stuffing in a bag with a tip and piping it in the eggs, but i ususally keep the stuffing and the whites separate and just fill them as I need them.

Cut the boiled eggs (they come 6 in a bag) in half and remove the yolks into a small bowl.

    • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons yellow mustard (I like the mustardy taste)
    • 1 tablespoon sugar free sweet pickle relish (I use Mt. Olive brand)
    • 1 finely chopped green onion (white and green parts)
    • salt, pepper, garlic powder

Mix well. Sprinkle the egg whites with salt (or sometimes old bay seasoning) and then putting the stuffing in the egg whites. Sprinkle paprika on top and enjoy!
